These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of "AnythingTimer" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by Naoya Hontani (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer").

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and the English version of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail. The English version is provided for reference purposes only.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The user shall use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and public order and morals.

The functionality, specifications, and content of the App may be changed, added, or discontinued without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers paid auto-renewable subscriptions for certain features.

The subscriptions are available as monthly and yearly plans.

The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless the user cancels the subscription.

The subscription fee will be the amount displayed on the App Store at the time of purchase and will be charged by Apple to the payment method associated with the user's Apple Account.

The subscription can be canceled through the subscription settings of the user's Apple Account.

Refunds after purchase are subject to Apple's refund policy and the terms and conditions of the App Store.

For details regarding subscription fees, subscription periods, renewal dates, and other applicable terms, please refer to the information displayed on the App Store at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the App and the programs, designs, name, and other content included in the App belong to the Developer or the respective rightful owners.

The user may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such materials without permission from the Developer.

5. Disclaimer

The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of using or being unable to use the App, except in cases where such damages are caused by the Developer's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Notifications, alarms, and other timer-related functions may not operate properly depending on the device settings, operating system status, background processing, or other environmental factors.

6. Privacy Policy

The handling of user information in the App is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may modify these Terms as necessary.

The modified Terms shall become effective when they are posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
